Method of Payment: 

Paypal, international money order, certified check, and bank draft.  If you are using US Postal Service money orders they must be the pink International ones. Personal checks will be accepted. All amounts are in US dollars.

Orders will be filled immediately upon clearing of checks and drafts.

Shipping: 

North American shipping will be by 1st Class Mail, unless request is made for courier shipment. Courier shipping to North American and international destinations available at extra cost. Please e-mail in advance for quotes on courier shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Merchandise:

We will replace damaged or defective merchandise when it is returned within 30 days only.  If replacements are not available we will issue a credit or exchange the item.  We will not charge for shipping and handling for replacement and will issue a $5.00 US money order to reimburse you for the return shipping costs. Sorry, we cannot replace exchange or reimburse for changes in mind or disappointments with quality.  (See Quality of Sound Disclaimers)

Purchasers outside of Canada take full responsibility for payment of all taxes and duties which may be imposed upon the importation of these products. To the best of our knowledge there are no taxes or duties imposed on import to the USA.

Information collected for business transactions may be classified as business information and therefore not subject to PIPEDA regulation. This page summarizes the privacy policy and terms of use of the Visions of the Erotic Life website.

The website does not automatically gather any private information from web visitors, other than the publicly available IP address that is part of every web page view, and is logged by the server for statistical purposes. This address is not linked to your identity and will not be used for tracking except where damage to this site or server is attempted. This website does not normally use a "cookie" to record information.
