Shipping: 

North American shipping will be by 1st Class Mail, unless request is made for courier shipment. Courier shipping to North American and international destinations available at extra cost. Please e-mail in advance for quotes on courier shipping.

Damaged or Faulty Merchandise:

We will replace damaged or defective merchandise when it is returned within 30 days only.  If replacements are not available we will issue a credit or exchange the item.  We will not charge for shipping and handling for replacement and will issue a $5.00 US money order to reimburse you for the return shipping costs. Sorry, we cannot replace exchange or reimburse for changes in mind or disappointments with quality.  (See Quality of Sound Disclaimers)
